Welcome to Doctor Eve
This document contains the Terms and Conditions that apply to the use of the Doctor Eve platform. Doctor Eve is an online platform that provides users in the Netherlands with AI-based insights into possible conditions based on their complaints, and shows matching clinics.
By visiting the website or using Doctor Eve's services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the platform.
Important: Doctor Eve exclusively offers information services and AI-supported symptom analysis. We do not provide medical care or treatments ourselves.

- •You use the platform only for legitimate, personal purposes
What we do
Doctor Eve is a technology platform, not a healthcare provider. We offer you the ability to analyze your complaints using an AI system. Based on the symptoms you enter, we provide general information about possible health conditions and show a list of matching clinics.
What we do NOT do
The information you receive via Doctor Eve is intended as support and is not intended to replace professional medical advice. No doctor-patient relationship is established between you and Doctor Eve or our AI service.
Contact with clinics
You can contact a clinic via the platform through a short contact form. Doctor Eve forwards this information to your chosen clinic. From that point on, all further communication and any treatment takes place outside our platform, directly between you and the clinic. Doctor Eve is not a party to those agreements and has no influence on them.
